If you’re a business owner, you probably know about how virtual Assistants (VAs) are indispensable for one's business(es). They enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase of chances of taking over your competitors. How do they do so? By taking over repetitive, time-consuming tasks off your to-do list and allowing you to focus on the more strategic ones.

However, all this is only possible if the VA is equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to expedite your business—something that generic platforms like freelance websites do not guarantee.

Fortunately, specialized VA services address this very issue.

  • Personalized support, ensuring better communication and collaboration.
  • Access to industry-specific knowledge for more informed decision-making.

  2. Their pricing is straightforward: The VA Hub has an easy-to-understand pricing structure, with two plans based on whether you hire a full-time or a part-time assistant. This makes choosing a plan easier.
  3. You get quality VAs: The platform claims they hire a VA that is college-educated, skilled and communicates in professional English. They also claim to conduct a 6-step vetting process before accepting a VA. This ensures high-quality work.
  4. You get hiring flexibility: With The VA Hub, you can hire both part-time and full-time VAs. This offers superb flexibility.
  5. Their services are available round the clock: The VA Hub’s customer service team is available all the time to resolve your queries, making sure you always receive the support you need.

Cons:

  1. The VA Hub’s recruiting process is lengthy: The VA Hub has a 5-step VA recruiting process, which can be a bit too long-drawn for businesses requiring VAs urgently.
  2. Their setup fee is too high: The platform charges $275 as a setup fee, which is much more expensive compared to others in this category.
  3. The platform is not credible: The VA Hub has no ratings/reviews to its name. So, it’s not the most reliable VA hiring platform.

Our review—what do we think of The VA Hub?

The VA Hub is a platform that recruits trained Filipino virtual assistants in companies that require professionals with expertise in a certain domain. Additionally, what makes this platform stand apart is its wide range of solutions and 6-step, intensive VA vetting process. Combinedly, they guarantee both comprehensiveness and quality of services.

However, The VA Hub is not a reliable platform. With no ratings or reviews on independent review websites, it lacks the credibility required to qualify as a trustworthy VA service. So, we suggest looking for an alternative.
