Our Story

When I founded my last company, the single best decision I made was to hire my assistant, Shannon. Shannon quickly took over my email, scheduling, and outreach.

She saved me hours each day. Within months, working with Shannon felt like magic - she helped run my life and started taking over bigger parts of the organizations, serving as our first HR manager, recruiter, finance coordinator, and more.

Shannon worked with me and my co-founder to help grow our last company to 8-digits in revenue, totally bootstrapped. So, this time I’ve partnered with Shannon to create Leverage. Our goal is to help other founders and leaders hire 1% assistants to leverage themselves.

I’ve never hired a virtual assistant before. Do I get any delegation support?

Absolutely! Once your assistant has been placed, we provide you with the best resources, tips and guidebooks to start delegating responsibilities.

How long will the onboarding take?

Our onboarding process lays the foundation for a long-term successful Assistant partnership. We'll go from assessment, orientation, and launch in 2-4 weeks.

What is the expected lead time to hire a Leverage assistant?

Prospective members are added to our waitlist. The waitlist times vary from a few days to a few weeks and depend on our current demand, Assistant availability, and the start date you specify. Once you're off the waitlist, it takes two to four weeks from signing off on your partnership until you complete onboarding and launch the relationship with your Assistant.

What time zone does the assistant work in?

Our Assistants are located overseas but work on a schedule determined by your needs. You can set flexible or structured hours for them as per your requirements.
